J-CRSU started its operations in November 2000 with the aim of contributing to promotion of public health and healthcare in Japan by offering statistical/data processing and quality assurance services to improve the quality of clinical research conducted in Japan. J-CRSU was certified as a nonprofit organization (NPO) in June 2001.
